UPCOMING: Final WisCaregiver Mentorship Q&A!

WisCaregiver Careers is a workforce development program administered by the Wisconsin Health Care Association and LeadingAge Wisconsin designed to address the CNA shortage in Wisconsin nursing homes by providing free training, free certification testing, and $500 sign-on or retention bonuses.

We are grateful to have hosted Pat McBride RN, BSN, MSN, VP of Clinical Compliance and Nathalie Knopp BA, RN, BSN, Director of Clinical Staff Development for the final round of mentorship webinars! These two fantastic leaders graciously shared their mentorship programming that promotes CNA retention, excellent quality of care, and overall positive growth for both your facility and CNAs alike!

If you have any questions regarding mentorship or Pat and Nathalie’s mentorship model, next week, we are hosting a Customized Q&A webinar on May 10 @ 1:00 PM. This webinar is the perfect place to get your questions answered as we have designed it to be an open Q&A session customized to your questions and comments. If you have any questions that you would like us to specifically address at the Q&A session, please fill out this form!
