Register for the Upcoming WisCaregiver Careers Mentorship Webinar Series

WisCaregiver Careers is a workforce development program administered by the Wisconsin Health Care Association and LeadingAge Wisconsin designed to address the CNA shortage in Wisconsin nursing homes by providing free training, free certification testing, and $500 sign-on or retention bonuses.

WisCaregiver Careers is excited to also have the optional mentorship programming available to all of our employers. We are grateful to host Pat McBride RN, BSN, MSN, VP of Clinical Compliance and Nathalie Knopp BA, RN, BSN, Director of Clinical Staff Development back for another round of mentorship webinars! These two fantastic leaders are eager to share their mentorship programming that promotes CNA retention, excellent quality of care, and overall positive growth for both your facility and CNAs alike! We hope you can join us for some or all!

We just hosted our first webinar in the three-part series this past Thursday, Plan Your CNA Mentorship Skills Clinic, and we are eager to share more with you.  Don’t worry if you were unable to join us.  The session was recorded and will be posted on the WisCaregiver Careers employer website under Webinars.
