AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program Renewal Update

The information below from AHCA/NCAL announces the opportunity for all AHCA/NCAL Quality Award Bronze and Silver recipients to continue to remain active in the Quality Award process. In order to remain active, a recipient will need to submit a Silver or Gold self-assessment or submit a next level application for the 2023 award cycle. Submission deadline for the self-assessment is January 26, 2023. Details are set forth below.

From AHCA/NCAL:

The AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program is pleased to announce the opportunity for Bronze and Silver recipients in their last year of the Renewal Policy to continue to remain active for one additional year by submitting a Silver or Gold Self-Assessment for the 2023 award cycle instead of submitting a full application.

To take advantage of this opportunity:

Active Bronze recipients must submit a Silver Self-Assessment by January 26, 2023, at 8 pm EST

Active Silver recipients must submit a Gold Self-Assessment by January 26, 2023, at 8 pm EST

There is no cost to the applicant for the submission of a self-assessment. However, to remain active for an additional year, the applicant must submit a completed self-assessment along with an action plan to fill identified gaps.

Applicants who are eligible for this option will receive an email from the Quality Award Program communicating this information.

If an active recipient in their last year would like to participate in the 2023 award cycle by applying as normal, they can do so. In this case, the applicant should visit our website to start their 2023 application.
