While our grant funding is restricted solely to CNA training, we have recently partnered with another community organization, Collaboration of Wisconsin Rural Investment (COW), that offers additional funding aimed to expand the career training ladder for your workforce and recruit new individuals willing to work in targeted rural counties. If you are looking for funding to help upskill your existing workforce, or opportunities to help attract and recruit new employees in the COW service area, we wanted to share this exciting option that offers funding for training tuition costs, textbooks, transportation and more for the following fields:

• ADN Registered Nurse
• Home Health Aide
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Medical Assistant
• Medical & Clinical Lab Technicians
• Phlebotomist
