During the call, BAL Director Dan Perron will discuss top ten citations for AL provider settings from 2022. He will also provide an update on the Department’s efforts to review and update Ch. 88, the governing regulations for Adult Family Homes.

The AL Forum agenda also includes an update on e-licensure and an update on resident use of electronic video devices.
