Reminder for all WCCEAL Members: It is time to generate and return the annual Satisfaction Survey. All satisfaction surveys must be postmarked by April 15, 2023.

See below for information on the satisfaction survey process:

• Log into the website above with your credentials.
• Click the eQuality tab located at the top of the website.
• Click the Surveys tab (second tab from the left).
• Click GO TO SATISFACTION SURVEY GENERTION (gray button in middle of the page)
• Select between the 2 print options for the survey and click Save and Generate Survey PDF
• Order envelopes if needed. WCCEAL still has envelopes available.
• Distribute surveys and envelopes to residents.
• Each facility must return at least ONE survey. Surveys must be postmarked before April 15^th.
