WisCaregiver Mentorship Webinar Series Conclusion!

WisCaregiver Careers is a workforce development program administered by the Wisconsin Health Care Association and LeadingAge Wisconsin designed to address the CNA shortage in Wisconsin nursing homes by providing free training, free certification testing, and $500 sign-on or retention bonuses.

Last week, WisCaregiver Careers concluded the final webinar in the CNA Mentorship three-part webinar series with a customized Q&A on the CNA Mentorship Program. We are grateful to have hosted Pat McBride RN, BSN, MSN, VP of Clinical Compliance and Nathalie Knopp BA, RN, BSN, Director of Clinical Staff Development for these webinars! These two fantastic leaders graciously shared their mentorship programming that promotes CNA retention, excellent quality of care, and overall positive growth for both your facility and CNAs alike!

If you have any follow-up questions from the webinars or on the mentorship program directly for Pat or Nathalie, you can reach out to these leaders below:

  • Pat McBride: pmcbride@clcliving.org
  • Nathalie Knopp: nknopp@clcliving.org

If you would like to refer to content from any of the webinars in the series, we recorded the webinars, and you can find those recordings and PowerPoint slides on the WHCA websites! You should also be able to find the materials our wonderful presenters used under mentorship in the same secure file transfer site that has the materials from the employer toolkit. The password for this website should have been sent to your facility’s WisCaregiver Careers contact, but if you have any issues accessing the site or materials, please let us know!

If you have any questions and/or need assistance with anything program related, please feel free to contact us at info@wiscaregivercna.com or call us at 1-833-315-CARE (2273).

Thank you for your participation in WisCaregiver Careers!
