Don’t Miss Out on CNA Candidate Leads: Steps to Ensure Success
Attention all nursing home employers: Are you missing out on free CNA recruiting support from WisCaregiver Careers?
Over 1,500 people have registered with WisCaregiver Careers since July. Each registration triggers an automated email to all participating employers within 50 miles of the registrant’s zip code. These emails contain the registrant’s contact information and are your signal that a potential job applicant wants to learn more about your work and training opportunities.
If you have not recently received candidate lead emails from the program, one of the following issues could be interfering with your facility’s success:
- Your facility may not be registered as a WisCaregiver Employer,
- Your facility contact information may be out-of-date,
- The wrong individual is listed as your program contact,
- Emails may not be reaching your inbox because your firewall denies them, or they are getting sent to spam.
