ICYMI: Superior Health Quality Alliance Resources

Dear members:

As you know the Superior Health Quality Alliance, in concert with Metastar, is Wisconsin’s Quality Improvement Organization.  To follow please find several educational resources for your consideration and use:

New Front Line Forces Module Available

Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) infections can be dangerous for older adults. Each year, it is estimated that between 60,000-160,000 older adults in the United States are hospitalized and 6,000-10,000 die due to RSV infection. Learn how the RSV vaccine can protect your residents with the new Front Line Forces module from Superior Health Quality Alliance (Superior Health). The new module is available on the vaccination topic page.

Education on Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and Norovirus have also recently been added to the training opportunities

You can discover a variety of other educational modules for direct care givers on the main Front Line Forces webpage. Supervisors can find some additional information about the Front Line Forces trainings on the supervisor information page.
