WisCaregiver Careers Retroactive Reimbursement Deadline Approaching!

Dear WisCaregiver Careers Employers:

WisCaregiver Careers is dedicated to ensuring participating nursing homes get reimbursed for a wider set of potential trainees through retroactive reimbursements! With retroactive reimbursements, employers can submit trainees for tracking and reimbursement after certification has been achieved. Our current funding covers any trainee that was in training on or after April 4, 2022 through April of 2024.

We would like to remind you that the deadline for submitting retroactive reimbursements is fast approaching. To ensure payment will be processed, please send all retroactive reimbursement requests to our team by December 31st, 2023. Please note: All retroactive reimbursement requests received after March 4th, 2024 will not be reimbursed.
