On October 18, members, partners, and post-acute care professionals gathered for the 72^nd Annual Fall Convention & Expo at the beautiful Osthoff Resort in Elkhart Lake. WHCA/WiCAL kicked off day one of Convention with impactful educational programming and the always fun, Opening Night Reception. Day two of Convention was an event-packed day, with educational programming, the annual Awards Ceremony & Luncheon, and the Business Partner Expo & Happy Hour. WHCA/WICAL awarded $1,000 in cash to lucky Golden Ticket holders during the Expo! The October 20^th closing ceremony was the perfect end-cap to a successful Convention. The Closing Keynote, presented by Chris Ross, founder of Legacy Healthcare Consulting, focused on the important role culture plays in the success and longevity of the long term care industry.
