WHCA/WiCAL has published a resources page for providers related to survey/enforcement changes published in CMS QSO-22-19-NH, published June 29, 2022. The new changes will go into effect October 24, 2022.

Important changes to the survey process include:

• Surveyor Guidance for some Phase 2 & and all Phase 3 Requirements of Participation (RoP);
• Arbitration Agreement Requirements;
• Investigating Complaints & Facility Reported Incidents; and
• Psychosocial Outcome Severity Guide.
