Register for Free WisCaregiver Careers Mentorship Webinars

Starting October 25, 2022, WisCaregiver Careers will host a free webinar series on how to build or expand your peer-to-peer CNA mentorship program. The webinar series will teach participants how to implement a successful model program specific to the long-term care setting.

The program not only lays out the processes and tools needed for a successful mentorship program; it is also designed to document skills competency of all CNAs in an effort to be “survey ready” at all times. All webinars and associated resources are available free of charge to our participating employers and participation is optional. Employers are not required to attend the online seminars or to structure their mentorship program according to the model to receive reimbursement for mentor bonuses.
