This week, Matt Palmer, RHP from PharMerica was the guest speaker for the weekly DON Council support call. Matt shared two algorithms that may be helpful to you

These resources can be used in your facility. It is also recommended that you review this guidance with your Pharmacy Consult and your Medical Director so they can help you to increase usage of the COVID-19 Therapeutics.
