AHCA/NCAL’s webinar on vaccine mandates has been rescheduled to Friday, January 7 at 2:00 PM CST to avoid a conflict with the CMS and CDC National Stakeholder Call. This is a correction to the date from the Member Memo, which was sent out Wednesday morning.

During the AHCA/NCAL webinar, Sarah Skubas, attorney with Jackson Lewis, will outline the steps providers need to take for OSHA compliance and how this interacts with the CMS staff vaccine requirement being implemented in 25 states and the District of Columbia.
