Dr. Justin Di Rezze serves as the CEO for Theoria Medical, a comprehensive medical group that incorporates technology with superior patient care to provide the canvas for positive patient outcomes. With his strong background in business and medical expertise, Dr. Di Rezze set to not only improve patient care in acute and post-acute settings but to relandscape the way in which healthcare was delivered. A native of Michigan, Dr. Di Rezze attended Wayne State University School of Medicine where he graduated with distinction and then proceeded to Ascension St. John Hospital for his residency training in internal medicine. After rising to a position of Chief Hospitalist at Ascension Genesys Hospital, Dr. Di Rezze saw an opportunity for improved management of patients transitioning from thehospital to rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities. That vision has now been realized in Theoria Medical.”The premise behind our promise of superior care lies in our staff. Our staff are the best in their fields, and their patients are of the utmost importance to them. If youcombine evidence-based medicine, providers who have unwavering dedication, and cutting-edge technology, an environment is created for the best patient outcome.
