Pre-Conference Workforce Workshop: Workforce Stability – We’re All in this Together

Register to attend this pre-conference interactive panel discussion and workshop. Those attending the Conference can register to attend the workshop at a discounted rate of $79 ($30 discount). This program is NAB-approved and will be held at the KI Convention Center on April 6, 2022 from 9:30 – Noon. The Workforce Workshop will provide you with workforce solutions, while also hosting an interactive forum & discussion with panelists and your peers. This collaborative, informative, and important program is something you will NOT want to miss. Check “YES” that you will be attending the Workforce Workshop during the Spring Conference Attendee Registration Process.

Join WHCA/WiCAL and Wisconsin’s long term care community for an educational and networking event. The 60th Annual Spring Conference & Expo has an outstanding educational lineup, an Expo luncheon and happy hour with nearly 100 vendors who are avid supporters of LTC, and a very fun & casual opening night reception with delicious food and even better drinks!

Wednesday, April 6 starts off with the Pre-Con Workforce Workshop, breakout sessions featuring topics ranging from Trauma-Informed Dementia Care, Risk Management/Legal Landscape; Re-setting & Re-sizing your Ops for a New Reality; Informal Dispute Resolutions, and 2022 Top Trends in Aging Services. The Opening Night reception will be filled with good food, drinks, and fellowship! Thursday, April 7 starts off with a Keynote from Wisconsin’s DHS Secretary-designee Karen Timberlake. Breakout sessions feature topics on like operations & clinical strategic positioning for success, health monitoring in assisted living, quality and compliance topics, navigating infection control during a pandemic, managing staffing issues amid current COVID-19 requirements, ops strategies for DONs, survey data analysis, and more! Join exhibitors in the Expo over lunch – from 11:30 – 1:30 and again during Happy Hour at 4:30. Prizes and CASH prizes awarded during both Expo sessions! Wrap of your experience on Friday, April 8 with breakout sessions and panel discussions: BAL trends, life safety codes, mental & emotional wellness, and more.
