DHS recently announced that they have expanded their supply of antigen tests to include OnGo rapid antigen tests. Please note that future orders placed for rapid antigen tests may be fulfilled with OnGo. You will be notified via email when your antigen order is filled with OnGo tests. Distribution is anticipated to start within the next week.

All specimen collectors must review the instructions completely before administering the test to help ensure accurate results. Results need to be reported in COVID Connect or another reporting mechanism currently in use.

The tests must be used at a site with a CLIA certificate of waiver. They must not be given to individuals for self-testing, despite wording about self-test use on the test kit boxes.

As a condition of receiving COVID-19 testing supplies and/or laboratory services at no cost from the State of Wisconsin, you agree to use and administer testing supplies and laboratory services as approved by the Department of Health Services.

Tests can be ordered through the Wisconsin COVID-19 Collection Supplies Request web portal. The ordering process remains the same.
